BULK LIQUID and gas giant Hoyer wants to station 12 vehicles and 15 trailers at a new operating centre on Manby Road in Immingham. It currently holds four licenses authorising a total of 84 vehicles in the Lincolnshire port town alone. Hoyer is in the process of selling its European-wide petroleum tanker division to French-owned GAC.
