magazine (CM 21-27 May) I was given a message from my brother that I had been invited by Leyland Daf to drive a Daf 85 CF 4x2 380.
I know the story will be printed in a future issue but I would like to further my letter by saying a great big thank-you to yourselves for publishing my letter and playing your part in arranging my big day out, and an even bigger thank-you to David Rowlands for organising the day and to Gareth my instructor for helping me learn how to drive. Also to the nameless man at the airfield base for being so helpful, kind and letting me and my brothers sit in his braketesting Volvo FH12 4x2 340 low-roof, and to my mum and dad for taking me there. And last, but not least, to my brothers for accompanying me on Saturday 13th— and for not being jealous! Thanks everyone.
