• Liphook-based Litterpress has added a 7.0m3 model to its range of light-vehicle-mounted domestic waste compactors.
Using a side-lifter system, 120 and 240-litre bins can rapidly be emptied with the refuse being compacted and ejected through the rear.
It features a new safety up-andover rear door, high-lift or lowlevel discharge systems, and gives a two-tonne payload on a five-tonne chassis.
Transfleet has taken the first example on an Iveco 49.10 chassis for use with Dumfries District Council.
