West Midland Deputy TC Roger has granted Clarence Partridge, trading as Selectadrive Services, a new onevehicle licence despite opposition from Redditch Borough Council. But the DTC has imposed a number of restrictive conditions because of "the needs of residents for peace and quiet outside normal working hours".
