• ZF Great Britain has launched a new "2+1" warranty programme for remanufactured Ecomat automatic transmissions. It comprises the standard ZF two-year warranty plus an extra one-year warranty provided by ZF Great Britain for all Ecomat remanufactured serviceexchange transmissions.
The 2+1 programme has been introduced by ZF GB to provide three years' aftermarket support for operators, but it will only be available for a limited period. The company says its exchange units are remanufactured to the highest ZF standards, using only genuine ZF parts and procedures.
Rigorous testing during and after remanufacture is claimed to ensure optimum performance, economy and operating life.
ZF GB's aftermarket general manager John Shaw says: "The extra year's aftermarket support is an added bonus offered by ZF GB."
