A NEWLY formulated coating available from Lamacrest, cures the problem of damage to the decking or backs of vans, lorries and buses.
Most lorry backs are of wood or plastic materials and are subject to wear from weather, product spillage and the "abrasive attacks of product packs and loading equipment", says Lamacrest.
Various mixes of the coating are available to give non-skid finishes, or alternatively, the material can be given a smooth finish to facilitate the flow of powders, sand and so on. This smooth surface is hygienic, with low odour and non-toxic grades available for use where foodstuffs or refrigerated vehicles are used. Lamacrest also claims that its materials are easy to apply.
