• Right-hand drive Bussing chassis or complete coaches can now be ordered from Brian Watt Commercial Vehicles, Wetmoor Lane, Wath-upon-Dearne, Yorkshire, for delivery in time for the 1972 coaching season. The company is the concessionaire for the sale of Bussing psv and commercial vehicles in the UK.
The models are available in three lengths-10, 11 and 12 metres—and are based on the B5ssing BS coach chassis with underfloor engine mounted longitudinally behind the rear axle and ZF five or six-speed gearbox. Three engines are available—the 7.4-litre U7D developing 167 bhp; the 11.5-litre, U1 ID 230 bhp; and 12.3-litre U12D giving 260 bhp.
A full-width luggage compartment is fitted beneath the floor between the axles, while the batteries are mounted on a sliding carrier behind the front axle. All-welded construction is employed for the body which is fabricated from rectangular steel tube framing. Several inquiries have been received from British operators.
