• Hendrickson Europe now offers Disc-Lock Safety Wheel Nuts as an optional extra for all its axles.
The company, which supplies running gear for most UK trailer manufacturers, has modified its range of axles, including those for drawbars, using 225mm PCD 10-stud wheel fixing for 17.5in and 19.5in tyre sizes, enabling Disc-Lock nuts to be fitted.
Duncan Moss, business development manager, says: "Our industry doesn't currently have the level of public support it deserves, We see the use of Disc-Lock Safety Wheel Nuts as a positive move forward in an effort to combat wheel-loss and its potentially dam
aging consequences."
