Bournemouth haulier Sally Marshall lost her Operator's Licence after Tailing to appear at a public inquiry or to notify the Traffic Area Office of a conviction.
Western Traffic Commissioner Philip Brown also disqualified Marshall, who trades as Master Haulage, from holding an 0-licence for two years.
Vehicle examiner Kevin Adlam said an immediate prohibition had been imposed on one of Marshall's vehicles last December for six loose wheelnuts. She was subsequently convicted by the Lyndhurst magistrates. Her husband, David Young, had appeared before the magistrates on her behalf, and had told the court they had only £600 in the business and personal accounts.
Revoking the licence, the TO said Marshall had failed to notify the TAD of the conviction.
She had failed to keep her vehicles in a fit and serviceable condition and there was no evidence of financial standing.
