• Lancashire operator Ray Wilson and a driver have been ordred to pay fines and costs totalliing £1,025, after being found guilty of a series of hours offences by Middleton, North Manchester magistrates.
Driver James Huyton had denied eight offences of exceeding 41 hours driving without taking the required break, and Wilson, of Appley Bridge, denied permitting the offences.
