RURAL BUSES, and an attack on what are described as "suspect" freight statistics in the Government's Green Paper on transport, are among the items on the agenda for the Trades Union Congress in Brighton next month.
The agenda, published this week, contains a motion from the National Union of Railwaymen which is aimed at rejecting the Government's refusal to transfer freight from road to rail.
