READING THROUGH your publication this afternoon I noticed the advertisement for the second Motor Transport Fleet Management Conference (CM 6 July). I note with interest that I am referred to in the panel of speakers as -Beverley Bell,Vosa North-West Traffic Area".
This is an excellent example of the danger of the industry thinking thatTraffic Commissioners are part of Vosa. As you know, they are not— and !have already read the article 'Who will guard the guardians? (CM 13 July).
I do, of course, appreciate that you have simply published the advert; I felt that I had to write to you to express my concerns.
