Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I HAD to call Vosa's Leeds office about an application I had made for an upgrade from a restricted to a standard national licence.

As usual, Vosa wanted more information, which I sent on the Thursday of the previous week. When I called to check the information had arrived, I was told mail sat in the post room for four to five days, waiting to be security checked, before being given to the relevant case worker.

Don't hesitate to reply as soon as you can to Vosa when it asks for information, as sometimes it will only give 10 to 14 days to reply, and if it's sat in the post room for four to five days, you could be late with your application and have to go through it all again.
