by Brookes Transport of Margate, Kent, has been forbidden to leave Romania until he pays a 332,000 lei (£20,000) tine for killing a "drunken" cyclist in a road accident seven and a half weeks ago, said British consular sources. The provincial court conceded that the cyclist had been drunk, but maintained that Shaw had been travelling at 48km/h in a 40kim/h area.
