• National Express has appointed six product managers to control day-to-day operations of the 900 coaches on its inter-city network.
South East England manager is Robin Scates. Based at Catford in South East London, Scates' responsibilities will include Britain's busiest terminal, Victoria Coach Station.
National Express's other product managers are: Geoff Walmsley (South West) based at Bristol; Neil
Burnett (Central West) based at Birmingham; Andy Mitchell
