COACH operators wishing to apply for shuttle service permits to Europe for the coming winter should note that the closing date for applications is Wednesday, September 15. For summer 1983, completed applications have to be submitted by November 24. Prospective shuttle operators should contact the Department of Transport, PT2B Division, 2 Marsham Street, London, SW1P 3EB.
