"The efficient use of a road transport fleet" will be the theme of a one-day seminar which is being arranged by the Central London Productivity Association on March 6 at the Kensington Palace Hotel, London, W8. With Mr. S. W. Parkinson, Confederation of British Industry, in the chair, the speakers will include representatives of Business Operations Research Ltd., Lincoln Electric Co. Ltd., J. • The new Shell refinery at Teesport. near Middlesbrough, which has cost £20m will be officially opened on April 10. The plant which has a capacity of 6m tons of crude oil annually, has been in operation for 12 months.
