Absent applicant • A bid for a new three-vehicle licence by Haywards Heathbased VM Goncalves Perira was refused after he failed to appear at an Eastbourne public inquiry before South Eastern & Metropolitan TC Brigadier Michael Turner. Goncalves Perira's application was opposed by Mid Sussex District Council.
