• TVI Europe has introduced a compact tachograph that fits a standard ISO 7736 radio fascia aperture, yet uses conventional industry-standard tachograph charts.
The Veeder Root 2400 Series can provide an ideal solution for applications where the vehicle is not required by law to be fitted with a tachograph as original equipment, but where the operator wants to record accurate driving information.
The unit can also be used as a low-cost replacement when a conventional tachograph has failed on a heavier vehicle. it can be mounted in any position from horizontal to vertical, and a large LCD screen is used to indicate the usual speed, distance and time information.
