Greenergy International believes the deal with Minster Fuels and British Fuels (Oils) will increase demand among commercial operators.
Spokesman Andrew Hornibrook says demand for the fuel has doubled each year since it began being said in bulk from terminals on the River Thames and at Immingham on Humberside four years ago.
