• Tait (Tipper Sales) Ltd has opened this week a new depot at Darlington providing Volvo truck sales, service and spares serving Teesside and the surrounding area The new depot, situated on the Yarm Industrial Estate, stands on a site which consists of an 8000 sq ft workshop with an acre of hardstanding. A stock of 150,000 worth of Volvo spares is contained in a 3000 sq ft stores area, while in the service area three inspection pits, each with lubrication facilities, allow 16 vehicles to be serviced daily on the drive-through principle.
