Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

when Steven Norris tells UK. hauliers to follow Norbert Dentressangle's example, does he mean block all the roads until they get what they want? If so, how does this square with his rubbishing the Trans-Action initiative?

If that's not what he means, will he say what his strategic plan is for resolving the problems of fuel price differentials? I will not be renewing my RHA membership until he does so—or resigns.
