• The road transport division of Gee Industries Ltd and Grounds Transpoi Services Ltd, both of Spalding, Lincoln shin merged under the name of Gee Transportation Ltd on September 21.
The new company's headquarters will h those of the previous Grounds Company Cradge Bank, Spalding.
