Blackburn has solved this problem. After considerable -experiments a local concern has perfected a system which meets the situation. The device is the work of the Rainbow Manufacturing Co., a concern of radio and motor factors, Chapel Street, Blackburn, and it has been successfully tried by Blackburn •Corporation. Early in the New Year it will, we learn, be fitted to all the Municipality's double-deck buses.
