THE TC WILL look at disciplinary action against Perth-based Chic Kippen & Son at a PI on 9 January.
AT A PUBLIC inquiry on 9 January, Grangemouthbased UK Steel Corporation trading as Mclntyres will submit a new application.
ON 10 JANUARY an inquiry will consider disciplinary action against Intrans Logistics, based in Glasgow. Leeds
BLADE SCAFFOLDING, based in Brighouse, will make a new application at a hearing on 9 January.
DISCIPLINARY ACTION against Bradford-based Alpha Scaffolding (UK) will be considered by the TC at a public inquiry on 9 January.
AN INQUIRY on 15 January will consider disciplinary action against Solomon Dugbo, trading as Leeds Refuse Centre.
API ON 16 January will look at disciplinary action against Spennymoor-based Thomas William Dobson, trading as T Dobson Transport. The repute of the transport manager will also be looked at.
