• A truck driver who crashed into a railway bridge killing a motorist has been banned from driving for two and a half years and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. Michael Duffy ignored a height warning sign and drove into Blackthorn bridge on the A41 near Bicester, Oxfordshire in March 1994. The trailer fell on to a car, killing its driver.
He was ordered to pay £1,000 costs.
