THE Manpower Services Commission has approved proposals submitted by the Road Transport Industry Training Board for a special preservaTransport Industry Training facilities. At an annual cost estimated at E2m, a quarterly sum is to be paid for each training place and running cost grants are to be increased.
Increased running cost grants are as follows: GTA class 1 and 2 vehicles, £15 per trainee day; class 3 vehicles £12.50; all hgv and company centres, 04.
