1 September in Edinburgh will consider whether disciplinary action should be taken against Dumbarton-based Brian Adam's Transport.
• In Edinburgh on 28 September a public inquiry will consider a new application for an 0-licence for Huntly, Aberdeenshire haulier lnnes Transport.
Leeds • Huddersfield's R&13 Logistics are due to appear at a public inquiry on 22 September where disciplinary action and the repute of its transport manager will be considered.
• On 23 September Yorkshirebased QD Logistics will face a public inquiry where disciplinary action will be considered, as well as the transport manager's repute.
• Stockton-on-Tees hauliers Teeside Logistics and Mitchell Trucking will face a public inquiry on 24 September where disciplinary action will be considered by the Traffic Commissioner. The transport manager's repute will also come under scrutiny.
