SECRETARY of State Michael Foot's controversial Docks Work Regulation Bill will come up for second reading in the Commons next month, -according to the Department of Employment.

Last week the TUC's nationalised industry committee expressed general satisfaction with the Bill and declared its unanimous support for it subject to seeking amendments involving clarification rathet than major changes.
