0 Jacobs Holdings has boosted its vehicle recovery interests with the acquisition of two businesses in the South-East.
The £1.7m purchase of the Kenfield Group and £1m acquisition of JP Holdings will enable Jacobs to provide services for the whole of the M25 and linking motorways, says commercial director David Winduss.
Jacobs owns car transporter firm Sheertruck and is also hoping to expand its vehicle recovery coverage along the M40 and MI corridors.
Last year Jacobs spent £350,000 on B&C Breakdown Services to fit in with its Arcade Traffic Management subsidiary.
