The Aston Motor Accessories Co., Ltd., of Aston Lower aGrounds, Birmingham, has issued a small pamphlet containing very clear wiring diagrams and instructions for no less than 15 combinations or systems of ignition. These include all usual arrangements for single ignition, as well as various dual ignition combinations, with coil, accumulator high-tension distributor, and magneto. The diagrams are .so complete, that we think they should meet every possible requirement. Some of these arrangements are only rendered practicable by the use of the company's extremely .simple, multiple-contact switch, in which there is a minimum .,of moving parts, and perfect insulation is maintained. The
arrangement is such that it is impossible for the contactpiece to stick mid-way between any two contacts, as all the changes are quick-break and positive. The general appearance of the switch is very neat : it is clearly illustrated in pages 21 and 22 of the booklet, and is known as the " AMAC." We reproduce two of the wiring diagrams herewith, and attention of our readers may be directed to the offer of the company to for-ward a copy of the booklet to anyone who makes written application. This interesting and instructive publication is the work of Mr. F. H. de Veulle, and we advise our readers to avail themselves of the company's offer.
