The 1969 edition of Trader Handbook has now been published. The basic design and layout of this 579-page edition is unchanged but all sections have been revised to bring them up to date. Additional information for 1969 includes the latest Construction and Use Regulations and notes on Plating and Testing Regulations, hire purchase, vehicle licence fees and the Trade Restrictions Act.
