As we have said before, the secret of good handling is suspension travel; the more you have the better it gets. This is because the spring rates can be adjusted to give softer springing with mild deflection, progressing to harder rates at the highest deflections. Someone at Toyota must have read this because progressive springing is a feature of the new van.
