NORBERT DENTRESSANGLE (ND) wants to have eight vehicles and 10 trailers at a new site at Centurion Park in Tamworth. ND has taken Legal & General Property's 141,770 ft' warehouse at the park on a 10-year lease at a rent of £673,408 per annum. The premises are situated on Centurion Way just off the A5, with good links to junction 10 of the M42 and the M6 Toll Road. ND is due to take full occupation of the unit on 1 October after carrying out lit-out works for the past two months. Other tenants at Centurion Park include NYK Logistics. In addition, ND is seeking authorisation to base four vehicles at the Frankley Industrial park in Rednal, Birmingham.

IIIIBUILDING MATERIALS specialist Cemex UK has applied for permission to base four vehicles and two trailers at a new operating centre at Ryall Quarry in Upton-UponSevern, Worcs.
Freightliner
MULTI-MODAL operator Freightliner wants to base three vehicles and nine trailers at The Camp in Avonmouth, Bristol.
