• The three-wheel Reliant Robin Rialto van is likely to be back in full production by March.
This follows the takeover by a former managing director of the Tamworth-based Reliant Group, which crashed into receivership in October.
The company had been producing a few Rialtos and some executive bus bodies for the Ford Transit during the period of receivership. Before that it had been making about 80 vans a year. Reliant's only other commercial vehicle venture, the ill fated Fox van, was discontinued in 1988.
