• Integrated Container Service incorporated, of 555 Fifth Avenue, New York, an ' international container leasing company, has formed a new British subsidiary company, Integrated Container Service (UK) Ltd. with offices at 9110 Haymarket. London, SW1 (tel 01-839-4444, telex 266861).
The managing director is Mr Richard Finn, who is the vice-president of ICS Inc.
