• Iveco has appointed Truck Dealers International, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Harris Group, as its importer in Ireland. Harris will invest £40m in the new venture, operating from a new site in Dublin.
TDI will appoint 10 dealers across Ireland in the next few months. TDI chief executive Dermot Thunder says of annual sales: "We'll be happy if there's four digits in it."
At the opening of the Dublin site, Iveco chief executive Giancarlo Boschetti said: 'What I have seen this morning is
