• In our article on the joint Commercial Motor/Jake Brake user trial (CM 13-19 July) comparing two of Blake's Chilled Distribution's ERF EC14s, one Jake-equipped, we referred to the control vehicle as having a VPS exhaust brake.
It has in fact a standard fixed orifice exhaust brake: Hersham Valves' VPS unit is not usually fitted to Cummins' E14 engines.
