Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Re comments in Car/about speed limiters, the Police and VI are to be commended on their efficiency at checkpoints etc, but one shortcoming that is glaringly obvious is the number of foreign trucks that have no speed limiters at all.

One TOG driver was highlighted as easily overtaking on the motorway, but on all the motorways that I travel at 56mph i would say that 90% of foreign and foreign-registered trucks pass me easily.

I suppose I should say good kick to them, but I am angry that while we are all EU members, we are the tortoise and they are the hare.

If they are so blatantly confident that they won't be stopped then give us all the freedom to speed, if only to do 60mph.
