NO SOONER had West Midlands deal er Aquila Truck Centres become an official Isuzu Truck (UK) dealer then it had sealed a deal for two N75 trucks.
The MAN service dealer, now an official sales, service and parts dealer for Isuzu, struck the deal with Wolverhampton-based ND Brown for two Forward N75.190 tipper trucks – just 73 minutes after the franchise became official.
In conjunction with the new licence to sell Isuzu products, Aquila named Garry Jones as its Isuzu franchise manager out of the Walsall office. It was he and Isuzu Truck fleet sales manager Bob Holt who visited ND Brown on the first morning of Aquila opening as the Isuzu franchise.
Aquila MD Peter Jones, says that with 24/7 facilities at all six depots Aquila is superbly placed to offer customers the full range of Isuzu trucks.
“The Isuzu truck range also allows Aquila to get into different sectors with the smaller 3.5-tonne range, which compliments our offering within the West Midlands marketplace,” he says. ■
