Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The next issue of The Commercial Motor will contain an important article by Mr. Raymond J. Mitchell on "The Progress of Electric Vehicles," and also an article on "The Development of the Steam Wagon" by " Heephestes." Mr. Mitchell, in the electric-vehicle world, and " Haephestes " in the steam-wagon industry, are both regarded as amongst the highest of authorities.

We shall also deal with the question' of "New Points in Chassis Construction" from the pen of a well-known engineer-designer.
