They are: • Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No 4) Regulations 1998 (SI 1998 No 1281); • Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No 5) Regulations 1998 (SI 1998 No 1563); • Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 (SI 1998 No 1671); and • Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 (SI 1998 No 1672).
