Funding is available for Driving Goods Vehicles Apprenticeships for 18-year-old applicants, and, to a lesser degree, 19-25-year olds.
All apprentices are issued with a detailed training plan that helps the young worker and their employer grasp what is to be achieved, how and where training takes place and review dates.
Funding enquiries are dealt with by the Local Learning and Skills Council (England): ELWa (Wales); the Local Enterprise Company (Scotland).
