TWENTY per cent of the cost of new commercial vehicles and the increased expise duty imposed on commercial vehicles in the April Budget will in future be taken into consideration when controlled prices are fixed.
These two changes in the Price Code procedure were announced last week by Government spokesman Lord Jacques.
