TWO AEC Regent Mk. V double-deckers for Pontypridd UDC are to have coachwork by Longwell Green Coachwork Ltd., Bristol. They will be forward-entrance 60-seaters, 27 ft. long and 8 ft. wide, with double-folding pneumatically operated doors.
A half-cab design will be used and the stairs will pass transversely immediately behind the driver's bulkhead and then turn right, ascending rearward.
