Share bonanza • Employee-owned NFC is to introduce a share option scheme for its 33,000 staff. NFC says it will improve the existing profit sharing programme which has been in operation since 1986.
Yugo on • Yugo van owners will be able to get most spare parts at least until November despite UN sanctions banning imports of Serbian-built vehicles, says Reading-based Yugo Cars.
Toleman posts • Roger Pinnington is the new group chief executive of car transport firm Toleman; Graham Palmer becomes managing director of Toleman Automotive, a post he held from 1986-89. Pinnington will oversee a capital restructuring.

Bearing recall • All Peugeot Talbot Express, Citroen C25 and Fiat Ducato-based 3.4-tonne CVs converted by AL-K0 Kober between October 1987 and July 1990 are being recalled to rectify a wheel bearing problem.
