The request for a more detailed report of the case against Martin Matthews, his wife Susan and Ian Walker— neighbours in Drewery Drive, Thorpe Marriott, Norwich— was made earlier this month by Norwich Crown Court.
All three are charged with fraudulent trading between April 1990 and 31 January 1992, trading as Silver Tree Services, and intent to defraud creditors of the company. The same charge is brought against the three for the period between 25 June 1991 and 31 January 1992 in connection with Silver Tree Freight Services; from 13 May 1991 to 31 January 1992 for Dover Shipping and from 25 July 1991 until 4 May 1993 For Heaton Wells.
