Drivers' hours offences have led to the licence held by Tremadog-based OJ Jones & Sons Ltd being suspended for a week by Welsh Deputy Traffic Commissioner Fiona Richards.
The company appeared before the Deputy TC at a Porthmadog disciplinary inquiry at which she concluded that the repute of director and transport manager Owen Jones was "severely tarnished" but not lost.
Three drivers had their LGV driving licences suspended for 10 days and another five had their licences suspended for five days.
