• The first Fineliner curtainsider to come off Boalloy's production lines has joined Rosson-Wye owner-driver Bernard Hawkins' two-truck Broadmeadow Transport fleet.
It is based on a secondhand York chassis, refurbished by Boalloy before adding 23,800 worth of 12.2m Fineliner bodywork, complete with moving side supports.
Hawkins also specified an air-spring lifting front axle. This allows him to run it as a tandem when carrying light loads such as for a current contract for shifting plastics.
