IN British managers are taking over three of Transport Development Group's biggest subsidiaries in France.
TDG Distribution's Beck & Pollitzer is acquiring control of Transports Baillivet and SOMAF, although legally they remain part of OSTRA, TDG's French holding company.
Translittoral, which has both trunking and distribution operations and was the largest OSTRA company, transfers completely to TDG Distribution and is now run by Andrew Cardle — formerly managing director of Beck & Pollitzer.
